All orders are dispatched from Canada. Lead times from order date are 1-4 business days.

Canada Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150.

Standard Delivery
Canada Post Expedited: 2–6 business days
Express Delivery
Canada Post Xpresspost: 1–3 business days

United States Shipping

All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning no duties or fees are charged upon delivery.

Standard Delivery (Tracked): 4–8 business days

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped DDP, so duties and taxes are included at checkout where applicable.

Standard International (Tracked): 6–12 business days

Important Information for International Orders

We work closely with our courier partners to ensure orders reach you as smoothly as possible. However, international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance processes beyond our control, which can occasionally cause delays.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Customs inspections, documentation checks, and local courier handovers may extend delivery times.
  • Delays at customs are outside of our control.
  • While we ship all orders with the correct documentation, customs authorities may request additional checks that can result in temporary holds.
  • Express shipping prioritizes transit, not customs clearance.
  • Choosing express delivery speeds up courier movement but does not bypass customs procedures.

For time-sensitive orders (such as gifts or travel-related deliveries), we recommend ordering well in advance to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Additional Notes

  • During peak periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes.

Returns

At Ethereal Body, each oil is crafted in small batches using carefully sourced botanical ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all oils are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ethereal-body.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We review each request individually and will be happy to assist with a replacement or other appropriate solution where applicable.
